Description
1. Image recognition
Image recognition is realized by CCD image sensor + DSP.
CCD image sensor is a photoelectric conversion image sensor, which directly converts image information into electrical signals using the principle of photoelectric conversion. It has the characteristics of self-scanning, fast working speed, high measurement accuracy and long service life.
DSP chip, that is, digital signal processor, is specially designed for the rapid realization of various digital signals.
The microprocessor with a special structure designed to process algorithms has a processing speed of up to 2000MIPS, which is 10-50 times faster than the fastest CPU.
The image recognition system uses CCD to convert the workpiece into electrical signals and sends it to DSP for processing after A/D conversion. Using the characteristics of DSP can process digital signals at high speed, it can identify and analyze the workpiece and locate the punching position in a very short time. The company's graphic recognition mainly uses CCD cameras imported from Japan WATEC.
 2. Movement structure
Use a large range of upper workpiece sleeves to move according to the diagram. Input the positioning hole to be punched, and the sheet to be punched as shown in (Fig. 1) moves up and down with the X and Y axes of the large workpiece under the suction of the fixture, and moves the sheet to the CCD range, and the camera automatically captures the graphics. The DSP chip analyzes the graphic data, and the workpiece sleeve X1, Y1 move under the control of the signal, and the precise positioning. Motion structure The company mainly uses Taiwan's high-precision H-level transmission components in the screw, guide rail/slider, to ensure the quality. CCD positioning adopts 57 series stepping motor to ensure fast speed increase and stable torque; the driver adopts Leisai's highest-end imitation servo drive, which has good noise-free stability and high precision in a small range. The large-scale stroke motor driver adopts Japan's Sanyo company, which has good synchronization performance, good stability and low noise.
 3. Pneumatic part
After the positioning and capture is completed, under the control of the DSP chip, the solenoid valve is activated, and the switch is turned on to control the up and down movement of the cylinder for punching. In the pneumatic part, the air cylinder and solenoid valve adopt the Taiwan AirTAC brand, which is stable and durable.

4. It adopts embedded system and PC control, and the controller adopts DSP chip, which can be directly welded on the circuit board, and does not require a PC to be safe and reliable. The PC controls the punching software, and the software upgrade only needs to upgrade the punching software to ensure efficient performance.
